2021 새해가 밝았지만, 코로나 Covid19에 의한 해외출장 제한은 여전히 이어지고 있습니다, 작년 후반기부터 지속적인 문의가 들어와 매번 Update 하는 것도 무의미하다는 판단으로 회사 방침상 2020년은 해외 출장이 불가하다. 2021년에 상황을 보고 정하겠다고 통보를 했는데...

 

 

 

이제 다시 업데이트를 해야할 시기입니다. 사실 이 부분은 영업 담당자가 정할 문제도 아니고, 회사에서 가이드라인을 제시해줘야 하나... 민감한 상황이다 보니 다들 눈치만 보고 Action이 없는 상황입니다. 

 

 

 

더 큰 문제는 경쟁사 업체들은 필요에 따라 출장을 감행하고 있어 손님 및 대리점에 대한 불만들이 아래와 같이 접수되고 있습니다. 

 

 

 

• Our competitors can travel and give the proper service, and to be honest just today I got information from client in Jordan that we will not be considerable in this project as no clear info for traveling.
• I have suggestion to categorize the client according to emergency request, and try give support for them with minimum service engineer quantity.
• To be honest third quarter is so far, and I believe vaccine will be available with high quantity and no need to wait up to third quarter.
• Also another solution, we can use the engineer for agent where they have good experience to make SAT.

Best wishes for Happy New Year 2021 and I hope everyone safe from COVID-19.

 

I am sure that Pandemic situation is creating difficulties for the health of all people and for economy.

 

To cope with Pandemic, Hoong-A is making all efforts in accordance with our government-imposed preventive measures by wearing facial mask, installing glass shields and establishing social distancing among staff so that COVID-19 will not affect our production capacity and we will meet customer’s satisfaction on time.

 

However, I must regret to inform you that I could not make a decision of dispatching our engineers to support site SAT during COVID-19 situation.

 

I am aware of that it already deteriorated our business and even the relationships with customers. However, it is true that our staff can be travelling after being secured healthily.

 

By the way, there is good news that our government is scheduling to bring us coronavirus vaccines before fall. First shipment will be done around February 2021.

 

So, I can expect to dispatch our engineers after secured coronavirus vaccine doses which will be expected around 3rd quarter of 2021 year.

 

For the time being, We will try to support SAT through on-line.

 

Obviously, it is a situation of force majeure that no one could have forecasted. However, safety, health must be considered as first priority and it could be the most important without compare.

백신이 곧 나온다고는 하지만, 회사입장에서 출장을 위해 직원들에게 강제로 맞으라고 할 수 있는 일도 아니고, 실질적으로 출장이 가능한 시기는 3/4분기 정도 되지 않을까 싶습니다...

 

 

 

영업 출장이야 큰 문제가 없지만, SAT(Site Acceptance Test) 업체 공장에서 기계 설치 시운전이 문제가 점점 심화되고 있는 상황입니다. 

 

 

 

하기 Official letter는 작년에 이태리 업체에서 받은 문서이니 필요한 분들은 참고하셔도 좋을 것 같습니다.

 

 

 

 

미안하다는 말 한마디 없는 당당함.. 확실히 차이가 나시죠?? 문화의 차이라고 해야 하겠죠... 마지막 줄에 더 이상 지속적으로 물어보지 말라고 하는데, 당시에 딱히, 답장을 하고 싶지도 않았습니다.

 

 

 

별개의 내용이지만, 모든 업체들과의 Business가 조심스럽지만, 이태리 업체들과의 Busniess는 정말로 조심해야 할 것 같습니다. 이유는, 계약 전 계약 후의 태도가 변하는 업체들이 상당히 많은걸 경험했습니다....

계약 전에는 저자세로 나오더니 계약 후 down payment를 받은 이후에는 태도가 달라지는 경우가 적지 않습니다.

 

 

 

아무튼, 많은 해외영업 담당자분들이 새해에도 코로나 Covid19으로 인해 많은 어려움이 있으시라 생각됩니다. 업체로부터 지속적으로 Push를 당하시는 분들은 회사차원에서 Official letter (협조문)을 작성하여 배포하시는 걸 추천드립니다.
